Programming To Feature Asia’s Most Recognizable Celebrities; Channels Will Present Highly Popular Korean And Mandarin Titles Previously Inaccessible By American-Asian Communities

Hollywood, CA & Singapore – April 17, 2006 – Amaru Inc. (AMRU) and its Hollywood-based subsidiary, M2B World Inc., have jointly announced that the company will launch an expansive Asian entertainment lineup on its Global Broadband TV platform that is slated for premiere in mid-2006. The new on-demand programming will be available via several Asian channels accessible through the company’s state of the art Set-Top Box, which will debut in the next few months with over 40 channels of globally appealing entertainment. The Asian channels will initially be promoted and targeted to Asian communities in both Singapore and the U.S. who have previously not had access to much of the content through local networks, with the company subsequently rolling out the channels to additional regions worldwide later this year.

On the Asian channels, M2B will feature Korean superstars such as Ha Ji Won, Bae Yong Joon, Song Yoon A and Rain, by bringing back ever-popular Korean dramas as well as new highly rated serials that have yet to be broadcast in Singapore or the US. Hong Kong and Taiwanese personalities such as Carina Lau and Emile Chou will be featured in popular talk show programs, while Mandarin entertainment will offer such mega-celebrities as Coco Lee, Shu Qi, Zhao Wei and the globally recognized Jackie Chan.

This lineup comes on the heels of M2B’s most recent announcement covering its newly secured library of Classic Hollywood content that will also be available on its 40 channels of internationally appealing video on-demand programming. The addition of the Asian titles to the service is yet another indication of the brand’s commitment to offering a diverse and comprehensive library of programming designed to appeal to every viewer around the world.

“In preparation for our Global Broadband TV service, we have spent the last few years aggressively accumulating thousands of hours of content that would satisfy multiple viewer segments. We will effectively be offering a single entertainment destination that will appeal to not only American consumers but to a worldwide audience,” said Rebecca Binny, General Manager of M2B World Inc.. “Combined, the collection of American Classics and Asian favorites will serve as ideal cornerstone channels in our lineup.”

The rich array of Asian-based video-on-demand programming will offer nearly 500 episodes of Korean and Mandarin programs, and will join the M2B Global Broadband TV roster which already includes hundreds of movies, lifestyle programs and original productions that will be available to subscribers in the coming months.
