(AMRU) and its Hollywood-based subsidiary, M2B World Inc., have jointly announced that it will officially launch its much anticipated Global Broadband TV Service, M2Btv, and its innovative PONY set-top box, making the duo available to consumers beginning in mid-2006. The comprehensive on-demand entertainment service will offer over 40 channels of mainstream entertainment designed to immediately appeal to viewers around the world. The full range of the service will be exclusively available via the PONY box, which allows users to choose their entertainment at their own pace while enjoying a host of additional features that complement every lifestyle.

The M2Btv service is the combined result of years of programming aggregation from entertainment networks around the world and the development of proprietary technologies by the company that allow a viewer to access this content through the highest-quality broadband streaming available to consumers.
